The architecture, design system, writing style, and clinical frameworks presented on this platform are intellectual property published directly via TaOS, the custom-built practice operating system engineered by Tanuj Suthar. 4. The Study — Accounts, Purchases & Use of Materials
What The Study is. The Study is an educational library. Nothing in it is therapy, diagnosis, or clinical advice, and using it does not create a therapist–client relationship. Language courses, worksheets and tools are for learning and self-reflection only.
Your account. Sign-in is by one-time email link or Google. Keep access to your inbox secure; anyone who can open your email can open your account. One account is for one person — please do not share sign-in links.
Paid items. Most of The Study is free. Where an item carries a price, it is shown in Indian Rupees before you pay, and payment is made by UPI directly to Tanuj Suthar. No card or bank credentials are ever entered on this website. After paying you enter your payment reference; access is confirmed by hand, normally within one working day. Where an item is described as recurring, the period is stated up front, access ends automatically when the period lapses, and nothing is ever auto-charged — there is no stored payment instrument, so renewal is always a fresh, deliberate payment by you.
Refunds. If a paid item does not open, is not what was described, or you simply change your mind within 7 days, email tanuj.suthar.psych@gmail.com and the full amount is returned to the account you paid from. No reason is required. If a payment cannot be matched to a bank entry, it is refunded rather than kept.
What you may do with the materials. Download them, print them, use them in your own study or in your own clinical practice with the people you work with. What is not permitted is reselling them, redistributing them as your own, uploading them to file-sharing or course-selling platforms, or training a commercial model on them. Copyright stays with Tanuj Suthar throughout.
Availability. The Study is offered as it is, and may change, move or close. If a paid item is withdrawn while your access is still current, the unused portion is refunded.
