I'm Tanuj Suthar, a counselling psychologist in India. I learned the business side the slow way: founding Psychophilics, building Heal Compass India for psychologists and therapists, building my own practice operating system and AI studio, being quoted in the Free Press Journal as an entrepreneur and psychologist, and getting plenty of it wrong first. Darwin is the course I wish someone had given me.

Who is Darwin for?
Psychologists and counsellors in India in their first five years of practice, final-year psychology students preparing to practise, and practitioners who want to build a brand or business. Anyone building something in psychology is welcome.
When exactly are the sessions?
Saturday 16, Sunday 17, Saturday 23, Sunday 24 and Saturday 30 January 2027, 10:30 am–1:30 pm IST. Optional welcome on Friday 15 January, 7:30 pm (30 minutes) and a free check-in on Saturday 27 February.
Why weekends and not evenings?
Most people who join have clients, jobs or classes on weekdays, and three hours after work, five nights in a row, is how people drop out. The weeks between weekends are where you use what you built.
I'm still a student. Is it too early?
Final-year students get a lot from it: you'll set your future fee, write your scope and build a 90-day plan before your first client, which is far easier than fixing habits later.
Is this clinical supervision?
No. Darwin is business education. It isn't supervision, therapy, or legal or tax advice, and no client information is ever shared.
Will it guarantee clients or more income?
No one can honestly promise that. Darwin guarantees the work: your finished artefacts, or a full refund. Results are tracked with consent and published in the Darwin Ledger.
What's the difference between Founding and Founding Plus?
Plus adds a 75-minute 1:1 Practice Audit with a written plan, a recorded teardown of your website and brand, six months of the Circle and the first hot seat each day. There are only eight Plus seats.
What if I miss a day?
Replays are available for 30 days and you can still submit that day's artefact. The refund guarantee needs live attendance on all five days.
Which language?
English, with Hindi and Hinglish wherever they make something clearer.
Do I need to know AI or tech?
No. Every prompt and template is given to you, and you build alongside the session. The one rule: no client data in cloud AI tools, ever.
How do I pay?
By UPI, with an invoice. Sliding-scale seats are pay-what-you-can from ₹499; apply by 26 November 2026.
What happens after the five days?
Lifetime access to the Darwin community, check-ins at 30 and 90 days, and the option to join the monthly Circle (₹699 a month) from February 2027.
