A counselling psychologist working online with adults across India. I don’t believe people are problems to be fixed — you’re a whole to be understood.
My work is integrative — leaning on gestalt and phenomenology, woven with narrative practice. I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Mostly, I try to be a steady, honest presence while you make sense of things.
I came to psychology the long way — through research labs, a bootstrapped startup, national mental-health advocacy, and a stubborn belief that the best care is both rigorous and deeply human. That mix still shapes how I sit with people: curious about the science, but never at the cost of the person in front of me.
Where clinical or psychiatric care is needed, I’ll gladly help you find it. Everything here is confidential, unhurried, and paced by you — not by a protocol.
No diagnosis, no assumptions. We start from your lived reality and stay honestly curious about it, side by side.
The relationship does the healing. We’ll check that it feels right — and there’s never any obligation to continue.
What you share stays between us, within the clear limits of safety and law — which I explain right at the start.
My money plant. He’s survived neglect, repotting, and one dramatic move. Growth, it turns out, is rarely a straight line — it trails, doubles back, and roots from the unlikeliest cutting. Therapy is a lot like tending a plant: the right light, some patience, and time you can’t rush.
Research, a former startup, oil painting, sports shooting, equestrianism, bachata, scuba — the curiosity that shows up in sessions lives everywhere else too. It’s all gathered in my digital garden.
