Darwin: terms and privacy.
Plain language, no tricks. Darwin is run by Tanuj Suthar (Indore, India). Questions or requests: tanuj.suthar.psych@gmail.com.
What Darwin is, and isn't
Darwin is business education for psychologists and psychology students. It is not therapy, clinical supervision, or legal, tax or financial advice, and no one can promise you clients or income. Laws and tax rules change: check anything legal or tax-related with a lawyer or a chartered accountant.
What you buy
Five live online sessions (Sat 16, Sun 17, Sat 23, Sun 24 and Sat 30 January 2027, 10:30 am–1:30 pm IST), the Darwin Workbook, Field Kits 1–3, replays for 30 days and the Darwin community. Founding Plus adds a 75-minute 1:1 Practice Audit with a written plan, a recorded website and brand teardown, six months of the Circle and the first hot seat each day. You must be 18 or older.
Payment
One payment by UPI or bank transfer, with an invoice. Sliding-scale seats are pay-what-you-can from ₹499, by application. Prices include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
The guarantee
Attend all five live sessions and do the work in the workbook. If you finish and feel it wasn't worth it, or you couldn't finish your artefacts despite attending, email within 7 days of Day 5 for a full refund. The only question we'll ask is "what should we improve?".
If you can't attend
Before 9 January 2027: a full refund or a seat in the next cohort. After that: a seat in the next cohort. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Community rules
- No client information, ever: not names, not "anonymised" stories.
- Keep what other participants share confidential.
- No recording others without their consent.
We may remove anyone who breaks these, with a pro-rata refund.
The materials
The workbook, kits, slides and recordings are © Tanuj Suthar. "Darwin" and "The Darwin Method" are his marks. They're licensed to you for your own practice. Please don't resell, republish or teach them as your own. The one-page guides can be shared freely with credit.
Your data: what we collect and why
- Waitlist: your first name and email, the page you joined from, and your consent, so we can tell you about Darwin.
- Applications (sliding-scale seats): your answers, to choose participants.
- Participants: your name, email and payment record; with your separate consent, your own before/after practice numbers (fee, sessions, enquiries), shared only anonymised.
We never ask for, or accept, information about your clients.
Where it's kept, and who helps
Forms are received by Netlify (our website host), then copied to Tanuj's own encrypted computer. Emails are sent from Tanuj's Google (Gmail) account. These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside India. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, or for 12 months after the cohort you asked about ends. Applications are kept for 12 months. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email us or reply "stop" to any email. We reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
